Pongpat Wachirabunjong (thailandese: พง ษ์ พัฒน์ วชิร บรรจง; RTGS: Phongphat Wachirabanchong), soprannominato Off (ชื่อเล่น: อ๊ อ ฟ), nato il2 settembre 1961a Kamphaeng Phet , è un attore , cantante e regista di film thailandesi .

Negli anni 2010, Pongpat ha sostenuto il People's Democratic Reform Committee, un movimento vicino al Partito Democratico , guidato da Suthep Thueaksuban (Suthep Thaugsuban) e Chitpas Kridakorn , un movimento che ha portato avanti azioni di massa volte a destituire il governo del Primo Ministro Yingluck Shinawatra ( dal Partito per i Thailandesi: Pheu Thai ): per il suo impegno politico riceve minacce nelle province dalle Camicie Rosse .

Vita professionale: attore e regista

Pongpat Wachirabunjong interpreta nei film d'azione thailandesi un ruolo di attore principale (Heaven's Seven; Seven Street Fighters; Tiger Blade ...) o un ruolo di attore secondario (Chocolate, Gangster ...).

Ha un supporto ruolo nel film storico molto popolare The Legend of Suriyothai diretto da Chatrichalerm Yukol (2001) e in The Outrage (2011), una storia "detective" ispirato Akira Kurosawa 's film di Rashômon .

È il regista di diversi film tra cui Me... Myself (2007) e recentemente, nel 2018, Nakee 2.
