Master of the Rolls

Il Master of the Rolls (o Keeper o Master of the Rolls and Records of the Chancery of England ) è il terzo giudice più importante del Regno Unito , dopo il Presidente della Corte Suprema del Regno Unito e il Lord Chief Justice . In tale veste presiede la sezione civile della Corte d'Appello . Il più antico Master of the Rolls conosciuto risale al 1286 , ma è probabile che ce ne fosse uno precedente.
