Sinossi

I fratelli gemelli di dodici anni Zack e Cody Martin vengono a vivere in un palazzo di Boston chiamato The Tipton , dove la loro madre, Carey, lavora come cantante. I due giovani ragazzi incontrano la gente del posto e gli impiegati: London Tipton, la figlia del ricco proprietario; Maddie Fitzpatrick, il venditore di caramelle, Esteban, il fattorino, sua moglie Gladis, Norman, Arwin il riparatore ...
