Biografia
Alle Olimpiadi estive del 1924 a Parigi , Mariechen Wehselau vinse la medaglia d'oro nella staffetta 4x100 stile libero con Gertrude Ederle , Ethel Lackie ed Euphrasia Donnelly . È anche medaglia d'argento nei 100 metri stile libero. È stata ammessa alla International Swimming Hall of Fame nel 1989.
