Carriera del giocatore
Ha iniziato la sua carriera nei ranghi junior nel 1999 con il Rimouski Océanic nella Quebec Major Junior Hockey League . Dopo due stagioni, è stato redatto dai Columbus Blue Jackets in 85 ° posto al progetto voce nella NHL nel 2001 .
È diventato professionista nel 2003-2004 e ha giocato 29 partite di NHL con i Blue Jackets durante quella stagione, ma per lo più ha giocato nell'American Hockey League con il club scolastico dei Jackets, il Syracuse Crunch .
