Si tratta di un adattamento del concept giapponese Happy Family Plan , trasmesso in alcuni paesi tra cui la Gran Bretagna con i titoli The Moment of Truth e Celebrities Under Pressure e gli Stati Uniti con il titolo The Big Moment con Brad Sherwood su ABC .
